We Refer, We Do Not Repair
Actbackground Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, water heater work or any other plumbing service.
When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.
How We Earn Money
Providers or marketing partners may pay Actbackground Plumbing for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.
This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.
Providers Stand Alone
Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Actbackground Plumbing. Each one is solely responsible for:
- Its estimates, prices and terms
- The quality and timing of its work
- Its licenses, permits, insurance and certifications
- How it communicates and behaves toward you
Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are taking part in our network at that moment.
The Decision Is Yours
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.
Call Recording
Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
